Nectrip operates an online platform providing highway bus booking and travel information services for destinations across Japan. We act as an intermediary between you and transportation operators: we facilitate the reservation of tickets, while the transportation service itself is provided by the respective operators.
3. Accounts
- You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our booking services.
4. Bookings, Payment and Tickets
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a ticket or booking confirmation.
- You are responsible for reviewing all booking details — dates, departure times, boarding locations and passenger information — before completing a purchase.
- Prices displayed are in the currency indicated at checkout and may include applicable taxes and fees.
- It is your responsibility to arrive at the boarding location before the departure time. Operators may deny boarding after departure time without refund.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by route, fare type and operator. The policy applicable to your booking is displayed at the time of purchase and on your ticket. Where a refund is permitted, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or systems.
- Scrape, resell or commercially exploit content or data from our website without written permission.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent booking information.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is the property of Nectrip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute such content without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that schedules, prices or other information will always be complete, accurate or uninterrupted. Transportation services are provided by third-party operators, and delays, cancellations or changes may occur; we are not liable for the acts or omissions of such operators.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nectrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Nectrip's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
